These Terms of Service govern your use of SoldSnap, a service owned and operated by Vaultryx LLC (“we”, “us”). By using SoldSnap you agree to these terms.

The service

SoldSnap provides estimated valuations based on images and information you submit. Valuations are opinions for informational purposes and are not a formal appraisal, a guarantee of sale price, or an authentication of any item.

Accounts and payments

You are responsible for the activity on your account. Evaluation packs are purchased from Vaultryx LLC and payments are processed by our payment provider. Unused evaluations are subject to the terms shown at purchase.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and descriptions you upload. You grant Vaultryx LLC a licence to process them to provide the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaultryx LLC is not liable for decisions made in reliance on a valuation, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of SoldSnap.
